UKRAINE (CNN) – Video posted from a Russian-backed account shows Russian air strikes at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, Ukraine, that is housing civilians, according to the city mayor.
Black smoke could be seen rising to the sky as the steel plant can be seen in ruin.
Civilians with serious injuries were evacuated
